Abstract
The applicant is aggrieved by the decision of High Court of Tanzania (Commercial Division) (Mansoor, J.) dated 4th March, 2016 in Commercial Review No. 1 of 2015 which was a review decision on the decision of the same High Court (Commercial Division) at Dar es Salaam in Commercial Case No. 78 of 2013 dated 31st July, 2015.
