Abstract
The application before is for extension of time to lodge an appeal against the Judgment and decree of the High Court of Tanzania (Maghimbi, against the Judgment and decree of the High Court of Tanzania (Maghimbi, notice of motion pursuant to Rules 10 and 48(1)(2) of the Tanzania Court of Appeal Rules, 2009 as amended (The Rules) with a supporting affidavit sworn by Mr. Alute Simon Lesso Mughwai, Advocate duly instructed by the applicant.
