Abstract

The applicant herein lodged this application under Rule Tanzania Court of Appeal Rules, 2009 (the Rules) seeking for extension of time within which to serve the respondents with the properly endorsed Notice of Appeal in lieu of the previously served one. The Notice of Motion is supported by the affidavit duly deposed by Mr.Daniel Haule Ngudungi,learned advocate for the applicant.
