Abstract

This is an application by a notice of motion brought under Rules 10,48 (1) and 49 (1) of the Tanzania Court of Appeal Rules,2009("the Rules'') by the Applicants named above for extension of time within which to apply for revision of the judgment and decree of the High Court of Zanzibar in Civil Case No.13 of 2012 (0.5.) dated 21st June 2012.
