This application for extension of time stems from land proceedings which are considerably very old, the background of which is as follows: The applicant was successful in Land Application No.11 of 2008 before Endabash Ward Tribunal, but the respondent successfully appealed against it in Land appeal No. 9 of 2010 before the District Land and Housing Tribunal (DLHT) of Karatu District.
