Abstract
The appellant, Mohamed Suleiman Mohamed was dissatisfied with the judgment and decree of the High Court of Zanzibar sitting at Vuga (Issa, J.) dated 251412017 in Civil Appeal No. 65 of 2016. The impugned judgment and the decree originated from the decision of the Land Tribunal for Zanzibar in Civil Case No. 126 of 2011.
