Abstract
By way of a notice of motion made under Rules 89 (2) and 48 (1) of the Tanzania Court of Appeal Rules, 2009 as amended (the Rules), the applicant is moving the Court to issue an order for striking out the notice of appeal lodged by the 1st, 2nd and 3rd respondents on 02. 08. 2019, to challenge the decision of the High Court of Tanzania (Mlyambina, J.) dated 30.07.2019.
