In a notice of motion made under Rule 82 of the Court of Appeal Rules, 1979, the applicant, Mehboob Hassanal Versi, is moving the Court for an order to strike out Civil appeal No. 145 of 2006 filed by the respondent Murtaza Mohamed Raza Viran against the applicant on 28th December, 2006.
