Abstract
The applicant through the services of Mr. Aaron Kabunga, learned advocate is moving the Court to strike out a Notice of Appeal lodged by the first respondent on 13/8/2015 on the sole ground that the said respondent has failed to take some essential steps to lodge an appeal to this Court within the prescribed time.
