Abstract
On the 9th of July 2009, the respondent herein instituted Land Claim No.11 of 2009 in the Mateves Ward Tribunal through which she sought to recover a parcel of Land (hereinafter called "the suit land'') which is situated at Ngorbob Village in Mateves Ward.
