Abstract
On 11/11/1999 the High Court (Bubeshi, J.) declined to grant the respondent an extension of time to file a defence to a counter claim and accordingly made an order for the appellant Company to prove its case exparte. Aggrieved, the respondent filed an application for review of the order in question.
