Abstract
The applicant, Hellena Adam Elisha @ Hellen Silas Masui sued Yahaya Shabani and Rashid Juma, the respondents in the High Court of Tanzania, Land Division at Dar es Salaam in Land Case No. 5 of 2010 and by a Judgment dated 6th June 2016, the respondents lost and were ordered to deliver vacant possession of plot No. 368 with a certificate of title no. 34239 Mikocheni Medium Density Kinondoni Dar es Salaam to the applicant.
