Abstract
The appellant, Adolf Fulgensi Mfunya successfully sued Juma Hereye and Sospita Mpoma, the first and second respondents respectively, in the District Land and Housing Tribunal for Kigoma at Kigoma (the DLHT) in Land Application No. 59 of 2017.
