Abstract

The applicants are, by way of Notice of Motion, moving the Court under rules 48 (1) (a) and 89 (2)of the Tanzania Court: of Appeal Rules, 2009, GN No 368 of 2009 as amended by The Tanzania Court of Appeal Rules(Amendments) Rules, GN. No. 362 of 2017 (henceforth to be referred to as the Rules) for an order striking out the respondents'notice of appeal from the decision of the High Court, Dar es Salaam District Registry made on pt February, 2018 in Civil Case No"' 225 of 2013 for alleged failure to take essential steps in the intended appeal.
