Abstract
By way of a representative suit, Mayira B. Mayira, Daudi William, Alatwinusa Ndege, Baraka Mkwawa and Sadick Mwasumbi, the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th appellants (the plaintiffs then) sued the respondent (then the defendant) in the High Court of Tanzania at Mbeya in Civil Case No. 02 of 2013.
