Abstract
This appeal arises from the judgment and decree of the High Court of Zanzibar sitting at Vuga (Mahmoud, J) dated 11th December, 2017 in Civil Case No. 47 of 2012. In that case, the appellant claimed that he is the lawful owner of a house plot No.198 situated at Mombasa area, within Zanzibar Municipality (the suit premises) having purchased it on 15 th october, 1992 from one Hamid Ramadhani Mgongo.
