NO. 42 of 2007 serves as the governing framework for handling disciplinary matters in the workplace. however the law does not prohibit employers from establishing and relying on their own internal staff regulations to govern employee conduct, discipline and other employment related matters if these regulations align with the principles of fairness, justice, and due process outlined in the code.en_US
