Abstract

There is before us an appeal from the ruling of the High Court of Zanzibar at Vuga (Makungu, CJ.), in Civil Case No. 36 of 2016 dated the 10th day of April 2017 where the court made a decision in favour of the respondent, following the appellant's failure to produce discovery documents as ordered by the court on 17/1/2017.
