Abstract

(Lavery Mtindo Ngalapa, the second respondent, wrote a letter to the Advocates Committee complaining that the appellant had solicited him for payment of some money which he, the appellant, was to use in bribing some court officials. Mr. Ngalapa had a court case then and Mr. Rutagatina, the appellant, was his counsel.
