Held: (i) The Appellant did not reveal any special circumstances to warrant the Court to exercise its revisional power. The delay to be supplied with the requisite documents for appeal purposes and wrong advice from a lawyer have never been special or exceptional circumstances for the applicant to resort to revision while she has a room to appeal. (ii) Where a party has the right of appeal he cannot be permitted to resort to revision since the revisional powers of the Court are not an alternative to its appellate jurisdiction.en_US
