Held. (i) A review under Order XLII Rule 1 of the Civil Procedure Code, Cap. 33, has a narrow scope and is not meant to challenge the merits of a High Court decision but rather to correct errors apparent on the face of the record. A party with a right to appeal under section 5(1)(c) of the Appellate Jurisdiction Act, Cap. 141, should exercise that right instead of seeking review.en_US
