The Applicant filed an application in the Court of Appeal of Tanzania praying reference for reversal of the decision of a single Justice of the Court on the ground that the single Justice erred in holding that “he failed to show a good cause for the delay to warrant the extension of time prayed for.” The application is filled under rule 62 (1) (b) of the Tanzania Court of Appeal Rules ("the Rules"). The Respondents strongly resisted it on the ground that the Justice properly heard the matter and dismissed it for want of merit.en_US
