dc.description.abstractThe appeal is against the decision of the High Court Labour Division sitting at Mbeya that determined an application for cancellation of the appellant's registration as a Trade Union, lodged by the respondents. The main reason for the said prayer was the allegation of failure to comply with the requirements for registration under section 55(l)(a),(b), (2)(a), (3)(a) and (b) of the Employment and LabourRelations Act, Cap 366 (ELRA), rule 24(2) of the Labour Court Rules, 2007, GN No. 106 of 2007, section 95 of Civil Procedure Code, Cap 33 (CPC) and section 6(a), 8(l)(f) and 17(l)(a) of the Office of Attorney General (Discharge of Duties) Act, Cap 268.en_US
