dc.description.abstract | The adoption of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) is becoming an essential requirement for achieving efficient and effective service delivery at both organizational and individual levels worldwide. In this context, organizations globally, including the Office of the Solicitor General (OSG), are eager to leverage ICT to improve internal operations and enhance the accessibility and timeliness of their services. To pursue its mission effectively, an organization needs a comprehensive framework that provides clear guidance on utilizing ICT to achieve internal efficiency and improve service delivery. The OSG recognizes the critical role of ICT as a supporting tool in fulfilling its mandate, leading to the development of an ICT strategy aligned with its goals and aspirations, as outlined in the OSG’s Five-Year Strategic Plan. This strategy is designed to offer high-level direction on the design, control, and use of information and technology, aiming to support the achievement of OSG’s objectives in line with its Strategic Plan. Developed in consultation with key stakeholders, these strategies are intended to guide OSG closer to its vision: effective advocacy in litigation and arbitration. | en_US |
