dc.description.abstractThe respondent, Nyasulu Enock Nkyapi, prevailed in an action he initiated against the appellant, Debora James Ikhala, in the High Court, Land Division of Dar es Salaam. The lawsuit alleged a breach of the contract of sale for a parcel of land located at Plot No. 37, Block 'B', Tegeta, Kinondoni Municipality, Dar es Salaam, hereinafter referred to as "the property." She is now of the opinion that justice was not served and hence, she urges us to reverse the trial court's verdict on the grounds of procedural indiscretion and the factual findings being contrary to the weight of the evidenceen_US
