| dc.description.abstract | The respondent, Nyasulu Enock Nkyapi, prevailed in an action he initiated against the appellant, Debora James Ikhala, in the High Court, Land Division of Dar es Salaam. The lawsuit alleged a breach of the contract of sale for a parcel of land located at Plot No. 37, Block 'B', Tegeta, Kinondoni Municipality, Dar es Salaam, hereinafter referred to as "the property."
