Abstract

This appeal is from the judgment and decree of the High Court of Tanzania at Iringa in Land Appeal No. 12 of 2020. The appeal was dismissed and the appellate court upheld the decision of the District Land and Housing Tribunal for Iringa (the tribunal). The dispute involves land ownership of 726 acres located at Ipokera village within Iringa District in Iringa Region, whereas the appellants were claimed to have invaded about 62 acres.
