Abstract
An Act to apply a sum of Nine Trillion, Five Hundred and Thirteen Billion, and Six Hundred Eighty-Five Million Shillings out of the Consolidated Fund to the Service of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June 2010, to appropriate the supply granted for that year, to authorize the reallocation of certain appropriations and to provide for matters connected with those purposes.
