Abstract

During the Parliamentary Elections in 2005, the present appellant, Mr. Wilfred Muganyizi Rwakatare, contested the Bukoba Urban District Constituency under the sponsorship of CUF. The first respondent, Mr. Hamisi Sued Kagasheki contested the same seat under the sponsorship of CCM.
