Abstract
The Commissioner General of the Tanzania Revenue Authority, the applicant, by way of a Notice of Motion filed on 28/10/2017 under Rule 51(1) and (2) of the Tanzania Court of Appeal Rules, 2009, (the Rules) seeks for extension of time to apply for review of the decision of the Court (Kimaro,Oriya, Mwarija, JJA) dated 09th May, 2016 in Civil Appeal No. 146 of 2015.
