LABOUR COURT RULES, GN NO. 106 OF 2007

Abstract

These Rules may be cited as the Labour Court Rules, 2007. Unless the context otherwise requires, any expression in these Rules that is defined in the Labour Institution Act, 2004 and the Employment and Labour Relations Act, 2004, has the same meaning as in those Acts.
