Abstract
This is an appeal before the Court of Appeal challenging the decision of the High Court of Tanzania in Labour Revision No. 16 of 2019, delivered on 24th April. The High Court dismissed the appellants' application for revision of the Commission for Mediation and Arbitration (CMA) decision, which had dismissed their labour dispute against the respondent.
