Abstract
This Order may be cited as the Excise (Management and Tariff) (Remission) (Production of Undenatured Ethyl Alcohol) (Machugu Investment) (Amendment) Order, 2025 and shall be read as one with the Excise (Management and Tariff) (Remission) (Production of Undenatured Ethyl Alcohol) (Machugu Investment) Order, 2025 hereinafter referred to as the “principal Order”.
