In view of the conflicting issue involved in this application and as per the order of this Court (per Kimaro, l.A) dated 22/9/2006 extension of time (last chance) is granted to Sadi Ibrahim Mbaga to comply with what was ordered by the Court on 22/9/2006. The hearing of the application adjourned to the next session to be fixed by the Registrar. No order as to costs.
