In the High Court, the appellant had lodged an appeal against the decision of Kisutu Resident Magistrates' Court (the trial Court) in which decision the appellant was ordered to pay the 1st respondent TZS 10,101,300/= as specific damages arising from the motor vehicle accident among other reliefs. | en_US |
