Abstract

The applicant Golden Palm Limited who was the plaintiff in Civil Case No. 157 of 2014 sued the respondent Cosmos Properties Limited before the High Court of Tanzania at Dar es Salaam. Unfortunately, on 5th June, 2017 when the said case came up for hearing, it was only the counsel for the respondent who appeared and neither the applicant nor his advocate appeared.
