Abstract

This is an application by notice of motion made under Rule 82 of the Court of Appeal Rules. The applicant who appeared in person has asked that the notice of appeal lodged by the respondents on the 9th day of October, 2004 be struck out on the grounds that the time within which the appeal can be lodged in the court has expired since 23rd of April, 2006.
