Abstract
The appellant, Karori Chogoro, lost in an action instituted against him by the respondent, Waitihache Merengo, in the District Land and Housing Tribunal for Mara at Musoma for ownership of a piece of land located at Baranga Centre in Baranga village in Butiama District. His first appeal to the High Court of Tanzania at Mwanza vide Land Appeal 70 of 2016 was barren of fruit.
