Abstract

This is an appeal against the decision of Kalegeya, J. in Civil Appeal No. 105 of 1998. The Court suo mote invited the parties to address the Court on the effect on the appeal of section 5 (2) (d) of the Appellate Jurisdiction Act, 1979 (the Act) as amended by the Written Laws (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act, No. 25 of 2002
