Abstract

This appeal arises from the decision of the High Court at Dodoma dated 15/03/2018 which dismissed the appellants' application for prerogative orders of certiorari and mandamus.The appellants, ARBOGAST ARSTIDES, HELLO PETER, JOHN ONESMO and GRACE DANIEL, were third year Bachelor of Science Degree (Education) students at the respondent ST. JOHN'S UNIVERSITY OF TANZANIA at Dodoma.
