Abstract

Affidavit-defective Affidavit-the affidavit in support of the notice of motion has been affirmed by one applicant only, while there are three applicants- the notices of motion by the other two have not been supported by affidavits and thereby, offending the provisions of Rule 48 (1) of the Rules. Application is incompetent and struck out.
