THE INCOME TAX (EXEMPTION) GN: NO. 300 OF 2024

Abstract

This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Exemption) (Completion of Balance Works for Rehabilitation of the Chalinze Water Treatment Plant, Supply and Installation of Secondary and Tertiary Distribution Network and Construction of Reservoirs in Chalinze Villages) (M/S Afcons Infrastructure Limited) Order, 2024 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 26th day of February, 2024.
