dc.description.abstractWhen the appeal was called on for hearing, Mr. Mchome, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent informed the Court that the 1st respondent, LART, has ceased to exist by operation of law with effect from 30.6.2006 and that so far no other institution has been appointed to replace it. In the circumstances, Mr. Mchome is of the view the matter should be adjourned to another date pending steps which will have been taken in respect of the 1st respondent’s replacement, if any.en_US
