| dc.description.abstract | Mr. Paulin Rugaimukamu, learned counsel, informed this Court that he has been asked Mr. Richard Rweyongeza learned counsel for the appellant to appear and inform us that he is indisposed therefore cannot attend today’s hearing. Mr. Rugaimukamu referred us to a letter (together with an attachment of the medical proof plus a copy of an air ticket) sent to the Registrar to that effect.
