Mr. Paulin Rugaimukamu, learned counsel, informed this Court that he has been asked Mr. Richard Rweyongeza learned counsel for the appellant to appear and inform us that he is indisposed therefore cannot attend today’s hearing. Mr. Rugaimukamu referred us to a letter (together with an attachment of the medical proof plus a copy of an air ticket) sent to the Registrar to that effect. Since he is not holding brief of Mr. Rweyongeza but just asked to inform the Court of what has befallen him, Mr. Rugaimukamu asked for adjournment of the hearing of this appeal to next sessions.en_US
